Since entering real estate in 1989, young and ambitious, Tim continuously strove to take in and learn as much as possible about his chosen industry that led to extensive  knowledge in all aspects of real estate. Along the way, his dedication and efforts also did not go unnoticed as Tim became the recipient of numerous achievement awards as awarded by RE/MAX International. His knowledge and expertise have been sought after as an industry speaker and has been featured in numerous media interviews including newspaper, radio (CFRB “Ask the Experts”) and TV (CP24, CBC, CFTO, CTV, Omni and Global). With the support of his wife and three children, he has focussed his sights on helping Realtors achieve success, mentoring and coaching his entire sales and support staff and sharing the knowledge necessary for the ever changing real estate industry. Tim has a reputation of a visionary when it comes to industry trends and embracing technology. He deeply believes that one should not be afraid of change and instead be afraid of not changing.

Tim has also served as part of the TREB Board of Directors between 2012 until 2019, Board of Director with the Ontario Real Estate Association and 2017/2018 President of the Toronto Real Estate Board. The largest real estate board in the world. Tim is determined to fulfill his dream of building a Brokerage surrounded by the best, most reputable REALTORS in Greater Toronto that will deliver the level of service and experience clients deserve and expect. Not many people in the real estate industry have touched as many realtors' careers as Larry Cerqua. As Tim Syrianos's immediate predecessor as President of the Toronto Real Estate Board, Mr. Cerqua brings 36 years of real estate experience to the RE/MAX Ultimate Management Team. Larry has been an OREA and REI designated instructor since 1988, completing OREA's level 100, 200, 300, 400, 401 and 402 Leadership courses. He spent 9 years on TREB's Board of Directors from 2007-2009 and 2011 to 2016 and served on many TREB committees and task forces. Larry's spouse is Sheree Cerqua, a Top 1% In Canada agent also with RE/MAX Ultimate.

During his term as the TREB President, he had the opportunity to appear on numerous media outlets which included regular interview appearance on CP24 , Breakfast Television as well as CFRB “Ask the Experts “ as well as commentary on behalf of the TREB as the spokesperson for many national newspapers. Larry's leadership is invaluable to the support and growth of RE/MAX Ultimate's Realtors.
